You can train a robot to automate steps you'd normally do by hand on a website. For example, a robot can:

• Open a webpage.
• Log in.
• Click buttons.
• Fill out forms.
• Pull organized data from a webpage into a spreadsheet.
• Take screenshots.
• Watch specific parts of webpages for visual or content changes.

You create robots either by using our auto robots or by showing Maxun your actions with its click-and-extract tool. Every robot has a few adjustable settings, like the webpage address, which you can change each time you run it.

Each plan includes a set number of credits per year or month. The number of credits required for a task depends on how many rows of data you extract and whether you capture screenshots.

Every credit allows you to extract 15 rows of data, scrape 1 page, or take 1 screenshot.

For example, extracting 50 products from a webpage would use 3.33 credits. (50 rows ÷ 15 rows per credit)

If you then gather details for each of those 50 products from their individual pages, that would require about 33 credits. (50 rows ÷ 15 ≈ 3.33 credits per 15 rows × 10 pages = ~33)

If you monitor those 50 product detail pages for changes every 3 days, it would cost about 300 credits per month. (50 checks × 10 times per month = 500 checks → 500 ÷ 15 ≈ 33 credits × ~9 cycles = ~300 credits)

Unused credits usually do not carry over to the next cycle. However, if you upgrade your plan before your current cycle ends, any unused credits will be added to your new credits and will remain available for the duration of your upgraded plan.
